3esi-Enersight is seeking an inside sales representative who will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious growth objectives. In this critical role you will focus your efforts and experience on engaging and renewing existing accounts, as well as qualifying prospects and following up on opportunities.

Your Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the renewal of existing customer licenses
  • Nurture customers through a combination of phone and email contact
  • Understand customer needs and requirements
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails
  • Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest
  • Route qualified strategic opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure

Your Skills and Experience

  • Proven inside sales experience
  • Track record of over-achieving quotas
  • Experience working with CRM software, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
  • Strong phone presence and experience in outbound calling
  • Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • Experience in Oil and Gas software sales is a benefit
