Receptionist/Office Assistant

Position Summary:

3esi has an opening for a receptionist/ Office Assistant to assist our team in Calgary from January 11, 2016 February 19, 2016. The primary role is to provide administrative support in a variety of tasks including but not limited to answering telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, information processing, and filing accounting documents. The candidate must have strong attention to detail, be willing to learn and be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment. This position will provide a wide range of experience and exposure to many aspects of a growing software company.

This is a full time, temporary position.


The salary range for this position is $20.00 to $22.00 per hour based on qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support which includes:
    • Answering phones
    • Take and distribute accurate messages
    • Data entry and research as required
    • Fax, scan and copy documents
    • Retrieve information when requested
  • Accounting Support which includes:
    • Filing
  • Performing additional job-related duties as assigned
